UP--RISING!!

[Alex Ferguson reporting from Seoul]

The 1953 UNSC meeting passed a Draft resolution with all but one clause struck out. This Draft resolution successfully raised the awareness of nations on basic human rights. The P.O.Ws were sent back on their own will and were promised to not be executed or punished.

Communism countries each responded differently. Yet, for most of them, this compromise to human rights were against their own constitution and moved their regime's stability. Those who originally resided in DPRK were furious about how the returnees can have better living conditions and guarantees, while they were still confined to poor situation. “This tells us those who make noises are those who are awarded.” Park told the reporter. “We will not tolerate such unfairness!”
Feeling threatened by the crowd, the government compromised and started to hold regular elections, meanwhile, the news spread to other communism countries. Up-rising started to occur in Poland and Czech, however, The USSR itself was also in chaotic state and were unable to support, partially due to the compete of new supreme leader, and the voices from people who call for reforming.
As such, countries bordering socialism nations felt a sense of attacking. They believe that it’s now or never to attenuate their terrifying neighbors. On June 5, 1955, Greece took the initial and assaulted Bulgaria, claiming that one soldier was found dead with many dogs’ body covering him. Thus, owing to NATO’s rule, every single NATO member states had to attack Bulgaria because an assault on one NATO member means an assault to the whole group. This quickly escalated and peace was on the verge of vanishing once again. Feared by such, the USSR called for UN peacekeepers to resolve such situations.

However, most countries are now in a dilemma, agreeing peacekeepers to be dispatched would signify admitting their military actions as illegitimate, even though most know this is probably needed, additionally, how to solve the inequality inside socialism nations are a tough topic. If choose to grant everyone more rights, then socialism countries will become merely a democratic state named “socialism”, which will be denied by socialists parties; if remains, then the riot cannot be permanently dealt. In fact, some socialists governments are talking about violating the content in the passed DR in 1953, so fair can be restored. According to a poll, 89.5% of people in USSR believe this is the best solution (of course, how accurate is the poll remains a question.)
Owing to conditions above, the Security Council needs to come up with a complete solution to the core of the issue, as well as deciding its military action: To make peace and take the blame, or to ignore and turn it into NATO vs USSR once again? The ties are all in your hands.
